Culture
In contemporary America, we lack formal, ritualized postpartum traditions. Our culture emphasizes values such as industriousness, independence, pushing through pain, resilience, and perfection. While these qualities have their merits, they are not particularly helpful during the transition to Motherhood. Approaching Motherhood with a relentless, white-knuckle ambition can be detrimental. I know this firsthand; my stubbornness led to difficulties.
No acknowledgment of change, vulnerability, or new status is built into the American woman’s initiation into Motherhood. I provide a beautiful, elevated postpartum experience for Mothers, that honors you and leaves you empowered and confident.
When Mothers are listened to, cared for, and nourished - both in body & soul - they find within themselves a wellspring of giving. That pours not just into their own families, but into the world. And what's more, you will pass these practices down, becoming a living example for your children. This is how you help shape the future - fostering a generation that is grounded, present, self-assured, and at peace.
Care
Every new Mother needs loving care. The body needs to heal. The mind needs to settle into a new way of being. You too should be held and nurtured.

In my approach to postpartum care, I like to create space in your home for deep transformation. Not only a safe and nurturing environment, but one that is beautiful as well. Taping into the comfort of your own home and optimizing your environment - I go beyond providing safety and support; aesthetics play a key role.
Plants and Beauty help ground us. Allowing our minds to experience a bit of magic. Being amongst beautiful flowers, dripping with petals and wonderful scents, carries us when we are unable to carry ourselves.
Ceremony
Ceremony is a beautiful tool for moving through this life transition. Participating in a ceremonial process helps Mothers feel complete with the birthing cycle.
I perform magical and energetic rituals to bring warmth back into the new Mothers body and celebrate this initiation into Motherhood. We set new intentions for this new journey of Motherhood. We release the maiden and welcome the Mother.
In a world that often rushes us through life's most significant moments, there is a primal pull for the rhythms and traditions of our ancestors. To honor the wisdom in the quiet, the healing in the pause, the growth in the stillness. Together we can embrace these moments, to lean into the vulnerability, to find strength in the struggle.
